The INT-W200 is an original (LC2) WebTV Plus box manufactured by Sony and released some time in September of 1997.

  • CPU: IDT R4640 @ 167 MHz
  • RAM: 8 MB (4x 2 MB Toshiba TC59S1616AFT-10 DRAM chips)
  • HDD: 1.1 GB Seagate ST31012A IDE hard drive
  • Boot ROM: 2 MB (2x 1 MB proprietary WebTV-manufactured chips)
  • WebTV Solo ASIC
  • WebTV Port
  • DS2401 Silicon Serial ID chip
  • V.90 Rockwell modem
