MSNTV 2 URLs for registration services.

https://headwaiter.trusted.msntv.msn.com/connection/kickstart.aspx - URL used to start registration process on MSN TV 2 boxes. Boxes appear to send a generic GET request to this URL with no special headers or data sent with it. Currently undocumented.
