The INT-W250 is an new (LC2.5) WebTV Plus box manufactured by Sony and released some time in 1999.

  • Storage: 8 MB M-Systems DiskOnChip
  • Boot ROM: 2 MB (2x 1 MB proprietary WebTV-manufactured chips)

  • DS2401 Silicon Serial ID chip
  • AltoCom SoftModem
